At Bahr, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality beach home décor items that bring beauty and comfort to your living space. Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:
    The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

    A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.

Please note:

  • Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on the situation and your preference.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. For other cases, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order.
