Delivery Time

We deliver across Egypt using Bosta.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery usually takes:

3–5 business days in Cairo, Alexandria, and Delta.

Up to 7 business days in other cities and remote areas.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

We offer Cash on Delivery service.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

Packaging & Safety

All items are securely packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

In rare cases of damage during shipping, please contact us immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange your order within 14 days if the item is unused and in its original condition.
